And then, 2020
How do we transform this beloved employee event digitally and still inspire and motivate employees? And, we have to do it in 3 weeks because the world closed down for COVID-19. Essentially, we gamified the virtual experience.
This virtual event featured an online, custom-interactive web application of keynotes and sizzles, product demos, insightful information , and mini-games (with a healthy dose of competition and prize opportunity!).
There was something to learn within every space on the game board. Stepping into the shoes of the consumer, employees first-hand could see how consumers, partners and employees use the customer-first ecosystem of products.
The game was launched regionally across 20 different timezones and three continents. This online experience allowed attendees to develop a deeper product understanding, be inspired by their applications, and catapult the fun & excitement of this employee-loved event into furthering the next generation of media and tech!
